Who we are

We follow ONE GOAL: CSR
We work on ONE MARKET: SRI

The European Commission defines CSR as “a concept whereby companies integrate social and environmental concerns in their business operations and in their interaction with their stakeholders on a voluntary basis” (Commission Green Paper 2001 “Promoting a European Framework for Corporate Social Responsibility”, COM (2001) 366 Final).

The SRI expansion represents an important tool in support of CSR. SRI can be defined as the integration of extra-financial criteria (that is to say social, ethical and/or environmental criteria) into investment decisions and portfolio management. The SRI market has sprung from the growing concern of some investors faced with the lack of transparency of the transnational corporations’ (TNC) social and environmental practices.
