Para 2025, se espera que esta tendencia se consolide, aunque la oferta limitada seguir\u00e1 impulsando los precios al alza. En Francia, la recuperaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s lenta debido a las limitaciones de suelo y financiaci\u00f3n, lo que mantendr\u00e1 la presi\u00f3n sobre los promotores. En ambos pa\u00edses, la rentabilidad del sector mejorar\u00e1, aunque acompa\u00f1ada de cambios en los niveles de apalancamiento.
