Cette nouvelle \u00e9dition met en lumi\u00e8re une professionnalisation croissante du secteur, mais aussi des disparit\u00e9s persistantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelques enseignements cl\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une progression globale : la part des acteurs cat\u00e9goris\u00e9s \u201cLeaders\u201d ou \u201cAvanc\u00e9s\u201d augmente nettement, confirmant une mont\u00e9e de la maturit\u00e9 ESG.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des \u00e9carts marqu\u00e9s selon la taille : 87 % des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de gestion avec plus de 2 Mds \u20ac d\u2019encours sont en t\u00eate du classement, contre seulement 25 % pour les plus petites (&lt;400 M\u20ac). Les ressources financi\u00e8res et humaines limit\u00e9es restent un obstacle majeur pour les petits acteurs. Cela d\u00e9montre que la maturit\u00e9 ESG reste largement une question de moyens, et donc de taille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des pratiques encore incompl\u00e8tes : si 75 % des SGP identifient les risques de durabilit\u00e9, seuls 4 % en quantifient l\u2019impact financier. Les approches d&rsquo;adaptation et de r\u00e9silience gagnent du terrain (40 % des SGP les mentionnent), mais sont rarement accompagn\u00e9es d&rsquo;une feuille de route op\u00e9rationnelle (7 %).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une approche encore trop r\u00e9glementaire : l\u2019ESG est souvent trait\u00e9 comme une obligation r\u00e9glementaire plut\u00f4t qu\u2019un levier strat\u00e9gique de cr\u00e9ation de valeur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les enseignements cl\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir dans l\u2019\u00e9tude<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude compl\u00e8te permet de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Explorer les r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9taill\u00e9s par niveau de maturit\u00e9 ESG.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conna\u00eetre les leviers d\u2019action \u00e0 disposition des\u00a0soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de gestion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifier les pratiques les plus avanc\u00e9es et les tendances \u00e9mergentes (biodiversit\u00e9, r\u00e9silience, Taxonomie\u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EthiFinance publie la 4e \u00e9dition de son \u00e9tude sur les pratiques ESG dans la gestion immobili\u00e8re, bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019analyse de 91 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de gestion fran\u00e7aises.
