D&rsquo;ici 2025, cette tendance devrait se consolider, m\u00eame si l&rsquo;offre limit\u00e9e continuera \u00e0 tirer les prix vers le haut. En France, la reprise sera plus lente en raison de contraintes fonci\u00e8res et de financement, ce qui maintiendra la pression sur les promoteurs. Dans les deux pays, la rentabilit\u00e9 du secteur s&rsquo;am\u00e9liorera, bien qu&rsquo;accompagn\u00e9e de changements dans les niveaux d&rsquo;endettement.
