Ethics, governance and transparency

We ensure independence, robust conflict-of-interest management and professional transparency across our activities.

Our Code of Ethics provides a common framework for responsible conduct, supported by compliance processes, internal controls and whistleblowing mechanisms.

In line with regulation (EU) 2024/3005 on ESG ratings providers, our ESG Rating Agency and Credit Rating Agency operate separately from other group teams to preserve the independence, objectivity and integrity of our ESG ratings activities.

Supporting the Sustainable Development Goals

The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide a framework for addressing major global challenges. EthiFinance aligns its CSR priorities with the goals where it can make the greatest contribution.

As a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact, EthiFinance is committed to upholding ten universal principles relating to human rights, labour standards, environmental responsibility and anti-corruption.

Measuring and reducing our impact
