The activity of Visalia Energía, S.L. and its subsidiaries is framed in the energy sector as an independent group in the business of commercialization of energy (electricity and gas), as well as in the development, construction, maintenance and operation of solar photovoltaic installations for the generation of electricity. Visalia Group is the result of the integration of different independent companies, including Watium S.L, Syder Comercializadora Verde S.L and Servigas s. XXI, S.A. The Group reached revenues of € 338,9m and EBITDA of € 24,2m (mg EBITDA of 7,2%) with an NFD/EBITDA ratio of 2.4x based on aggregated figures at year-end 2022.
