HT Suministros 1 - ODF Financiación (the "Fund"), is a securitisation fund by compartments implemented under a program of Promissory Notes (hereinafter "Pagarés"), constituted under Spanish law, with a separate assets and liabilities. The Fund's objective is financing and liquidity. The Fund's collateral is composed of credit rights arising from contracts for electricity, gas, telecommunications or water supplies from each of the transferors in the compartment .
