HT NEXUS, FONDO DE TITULIZACION

EthiFinance Ratings ("the Agency") affirms the "A(sf)" rating to the notes issued by HT Nexus Securitization Fund. HT NEXUS, FT (the "Fund" or "FT"), is a vehicle constituted under Spanish legislation, with a separate patrimony, of an open nature by the asset and by the liabilities. The purpose of the Fund is to finance the acquisition of credit rights through the Issuance of Notes. The assets of the Fund are composed of pro forma and definitive receivables derived from the commercialization of electricity, signed by Nexus Energía, S.A. (hereinafter "Nexus") and by The Yellow Energy S.L. (hereinafter "Yellow Energy"). These contracts are administered by Haya Titulización, Sociedad Gestora de Fondos de Titulización, S.A. (hereinafter "Haya" and/or "La Gestora").
