EthiFinance Ratings ("The Agency") affirms the rating of "BBB+" to the Bonds issued by the Fund. The Fund is a vehicle constituted under Spanish law, with a separate equity, closed by assets and liabilities. The objective of the Fund is to finance Operation and Maintenance contracts (O&M contracts). The collateral or assets of the Fund will be composed of O&M contracts derived from 5 Cogeneration plants, 2 Industrial Pomace Oil extraction plants and two Biomass plants, signed by Sacyr Industrial Operación y Mantenimiento, S.L (hereinafter "SIOM").
