Compañía Española de Seguros de Crédito a la Exportación (Cesce) and EthiFinance Ratings have signed a collaboration agreement to support Spanish companies in their international expansion and strengthen their access to financing.
As part of this agreement, Cesce will integrate EthiFinance Ratings’ credit ratings into its risk assessment processes for applications submitted under the State Account. This integration will streamline the processing of files, shorten timelines, and provide both SMEs and large companies with faster access to risk coverage and financial products essential for international growth.
The alliance also includes mutual commercial support:
In addition, both organizations will collaborate on educational and outreach initiatives —such as events, workshops, and training activities— aimed at fostering financial inclusion and strengthening the competitiveness of Spanish businesses.
“This collaboration allows us to optimize our risk assessment processes and directly benefit companies by reducing processing times,” said Pablo de Ramón-Laca, Executive Chairman of Cesce.
“This agreement is further evidence of the importance for companies to have a rating, not only to access institutional and alternative markets but also as a presentation card for a wide range of stakeholders,” added Carol Sirou, CEO of EthiFinance.
Through this partnership, Cesce and EthiFinance reinforce their role as strategic partners in supporting companies of all sizes, providing innovative and reliable solutions that drive their growth, resilience, and international expansion.
