EthiFinance Ratings assigns for the first time a "BB-" rating with a Stable outlook to MásMóvil Group. The company is an operator within the telecommunications sector that offers fixed, mobile and fiber services, among others, targeting both the residential segment, companies and operators. The group has been developing in recent years in a stage of expansion, with strong inorganic growth and with significant changes in its shareholding (currently controlled by three investment funds). Its activity is concentrated in the national market, having reached a turnover and EBITDA of € 2,894MM and € 1,150MM, respectively, with a NFD/EBITDA that stood at 6.1x in 2022.
