The Group is a 100% Spanish and private capital multinational with a dual business model, dedicated to digital and industrial engineering, which develops and implements innovation and transformation projects in forty countries on four continents. In 2022, the Group achieved total turnover and EBITDA of € 183.2m and € 19.5m (EBITDA margin of 10.7%) respectively, with a NFD/EBITDA ratio of 4.1x.
