This mechanism allows stakeholders to submit feedback or formal complaints regarding ESG rating activities carried out by EthiFinance Sustainability (“EFS”), in line with Regulation (EU) 2024/3005.

Feedback:
General comments or concerns about EFS products or services.

Complaint:
A formal submission relating to a specific ESG rating. 

It must concern:

· Accuracy of data: where the data used is incorrect, incomplete, or contains factual errors

· Application of the methodology: where the methodology has not been correctly applied

· Representativeness of the rating: where the rating does not accurately reflect the ESG profile of the rated entity or instrument

Only complaints meeting these criteria will be treated as formal complaints. All other submissions will be handled as feedback.

Who can submit:
rated entities, clients (users of ESG ratings), and other stakeholders (feedback only).
