Headed by Carol Sirou, Group Chief Executive Officer, the committee comprises seven members selected from across the newly integrated EthiFinance and ESG Book businesses.
As the only European player with expertise spanning both credit and sustainability ratings, EthiFinance is positioned as one of a few credible European alternatives to the US agencies that currently dominate a market worth up to $10 billion.
The combined group aims to provide investors, corporates, and financial institutions with a comprehensive suite of solutions, accessible through an integrated technology platform, covering the full spectrum of their data, analytics, and ratings needs.
